Bošković: Restitution failed and enriched politicians and businessmen

Government aids to people close to it to get rich on other people’s property that should have returned to their rightful owners, says Vladimir Bošković.

Restitution in Montenegro has failed, and the largest and most valuable piece of undeveloped land is not returned in kind, although it was established by the law of obligations, said in an interview with “Vijesti” Vladimir Bošković, representative of a number of owners of expropriated property and a former member of Podgorica Commission for Restitution property and compensation.
